1. About Viewlark

Viewlark is an independent analytics tool for TikTok creators, operated by Viewlark IC, in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Viewlark is currently in development and offered as an early-access service, so features may change or be removed.

By using Viewlark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use Viewlark.

3. Your Viewlark account

• Give us a real email address that you can access, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has got into your account.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page.

4. Connecting your TikTok account

• Only connect a TikTok account that you own or are allowed to manage.
• When you connect, you let us read the information described in our Privacy Policy. We cannot post, edit or delete anything on your account.
• You can remove our access at any time in your TikTok app permissions settings.
• Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

5. What you must not do

• Use Viewlark for anything unlawful, or in breach of TikTok's rules.
• Try to access another person's data or an account that is not yours.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Overload the service or try to get around its limits or security.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

6. The insights are information only

Viewlark analyses the statistics TikTok provides and offers observations and suggestions. These are for information only. We do not promise that following them will increase your views, followers or income. The figures depend on the data TikTok supplies, which may be delayed, incomplete or change without notice. What you post is always your decision.

7. Availability, changes and pricing

We aim to keep Viewlark running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, pause or stop any part of it. Viewlark may introduce paid plans in future. We will not charge you without your clear agreement first.

8. Your data and our property

You keep ownership of your TikTok content and data. You allow us to process it only so that we can provide Viewlark to you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. The Viewlark name, logo, software and design belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Viewlark at any time by deleting your account on the Account page, or by emailing us. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. When your access ends, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. It also does not affect any rights you have by law as a consumer.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost views, followers, revenue or profit, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of Viewlark.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using Viewlark after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
